Our client, an engineering company based in Washington are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to support the Director.
Reporting to the Director you will assist in the day to day accounts production together with providing administration/secretarial support where required.
It is essential the you have experience of Sage and that you are able to work a 4 day week, ideally Monday to Thursday.
The role will involve the following:-
Inputting and processing purchase ledger invoices
Inputting and processing sales ledger invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Bank reconciliations
Credit control duties
Nominal ledger
Processing payroll
Administration duties
Ad-hoc projects as required.
This is a varied position and the ideal candidate should be prepared to give a hands on approach within this role.
You will have a good general accounts background to ideally include payroll together with secretarial/administration experience.
