COMPANY
A large multinational company based in Country Durham are looking to recruit an HR Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract.
ROLE
The role will involve:
- Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
- Taking part in the Disciplinary & Grievance process
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Maintaining and developing employee relations policies
- Supporting and leading HR projects to assist the business objectives
- Liaising with Trade Unions
PERSON
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with extensive HR experience within a unionised environment. A good understanding of generalist HR responsibilities and ability to work under pressure are also required.
