Person Specification -
Qualifications -
Degree or AAT qualification.
Studying for professional CCAB qualification
Experience -
* Preparation of complex accounting statements and returns
* Production of reports to senior management
* Working to strict deadlines
* Prioritising workload
* Presentation of complex financial information to non finance staff
Aptitudes -
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating organisational and political awareness in decision making
* Ability to communicate at all levels, building and maintaining good working relationships with managers and staff
* Can analyse complex financial trends including different streams of data
