We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator on behalf of our client based within the city centre of Newcastle.
The client is looking for an excellent communicator, self motivated and dedicated individual for their busy and successful office.
The duties will be:
Answering incoming calls and dealing with prospective clients.
Assisting setting up accounts and completing paper work accurately.
Setting up files and records for new clients, computerised and manual
Filing and scanning information when necessary
Processing Accounts, Tax returns, VAT forms and other documentation by posy and online.
Managing stationary orders
Tracking and logging incoming bank statements.
General admin duties as and when required.
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain varied administration experience for the right candidate. The role is to start 3rd November. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary £12,000 to £13,000.
The client is ideally looking for someone of graduate calibre and an administrative background.
