Job Purpose
We launched our North East sites in 2007 and we are now looking for a sales person to sell this region from our Newcastle base.
Your remit will be to sell the site to commercial businesses and recruitment agencies in the area, helping them develop solutions to help them recruit.
As a business we have an enviable client retention rate of over 80%, therefore there is also a strong need for account management skills.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within an Employment Agency as the sales skills are easily transferable as you would imagine.
You will thrive on the challenge of closing a sale that has already made you a success.
Key skills and experience required:
£ - Excellent telephone sales skills - need find, objection handling, negotiation, ask for the order!
£ - Tenacity
£ - Able to build relationships over the telephone
£ - Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently
£ - Good time management
£ - Commercial acumen
£ - PC literate
Benefits include:
22 days holiday raising to 25
Base £15,000 to £22,000 - Realistic OTE £30-38k uncapped
Commission on every sale
