Due to continued expansion, my client has an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager.
Since commencing trading 6 years ago, they have continued to increase significantly year on year. Based next to Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, the majority of their client base is within a 50 mile radius, although work further up and down the country isnt un-common.
With this role comes very rare progression opportunities, mainly being the option of being handed company shares after your first twelve months employment, naturally this is providing your performance is as anticiapted.
Your main roles would be:
- Duty holder of NICEIC qualified supervisor (This is a qualification that the company will put you through)
- To organise the day to day running of jobs
- Running projects and recording any variations
- To work on jobs when pushed or when not busy as the director also does
- To quote small jobs
- To nurture and develop both current and potential clients
You must have a previous background of working within both trade and management within the industry, and come from Electrician trade as this is essential for you to be 16th or 17th edition qualified in order to be eligable for NICEIC qualification to be undertook.
Starting salary is mid £30k with guaranteed overtime and bonus schemes in place, as well as full year round use of a Company Van and Mobile Phone. OTE for year one of £40k+!!
This is an excellent opportunity which could within 12 - 24 months land you both shares and a directorship within one of the North Easts most reputable Electrical contractors.
