Our client is a design company who is seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant with the ability to work in a stand-alone finance role.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for month end accounts to include VAT preparation, purchase, sales and nominal ledger control, bank and statement reconciliations, credit control, accruals and prepayments, maintenance of the fixed asset register and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
My client is looking for either a part qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) or someone who is qualified by experience.
Salary and benefits are dependant upon level of experience and qualification.
You must have the ability to work using your own initiative and be prepared to deal with all levels of the accounting process. This is a demanding and challenging role and a great opportunity for the right person.
