My client, a professional services company based in Durham, have a vacancy for a HR Manager.
ROLE
This is a fully generalist, stand-alone role encompassing the following duties:
- ensuring complaince with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- managing and maintaining recrutment processes from end-to-end.
- identifying and meeting training needs as appropriate
- advising and managing any employee relation issue.
PERSON
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, fully up-to-date with all relevant HR and employment legislation, and with the confidence to liaise with all areas of the business.
