Customer Service Agent – Full Time (35hrs pw) – Sunderland
The role is working for a leading international banking organisation, handling inbound calls from customer’s expressing an interest in using the Financial Planning Service offered. You will confirm the customer’s eligibility for the service and confirming accurate details then arrange a suitable appointment for the customer. All the time delivering an outstanding customer service.
As the ideal candidate you will have a strong customer service background ideally from within a call centre, you will have superb communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Shifts between: Monday – Friday 8am-8pm plus Saturdays & Sundays
£13,345 per annum plus superb benefits!!!
