Customer Sales Advisors – Full Time (35hrs pw) – Sunderland
The role is working for a leading international banking organisation, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, liaising with the branch where necessary. You will be effectively handling customer queries and promoting value adding financial services.
As the ideal candidate you will have Sales & Service experience from within a call centre, have superb communication skills and be able to easily build rapport and delivery outstanding customer service.
Shifts between: Monday – Friday 8am-8pm plus Saturdays & Sundays
£15200 per annum plus superb benefits!!!
