We are looking for Internal Sales Advisors within a leading Insurance Claims Management company based in Peterlee. The ideal candidates shall have previous Contact Centre experience, and preferably, but not essentially, knowledge of the Insurance industry in particular assessing and interpreting claims.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent telephone and active listening skills, sell products over the telephone, achieve sales targets and be proactive and responsive to customer enquiries and sales opportunities. You must possess proficient IT skills, good time and priority management and be able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
You must be self motivated and flexible, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. You must have a hands-on approach and be proactive and responsive to the closure of cases.

The responsibilities include:

1. Provide a customer first service, responding to or making telephone, email and mail queries to/from customers, insurance companies, hire providers and repairers.
2. Taking inbound or making outbound telephone calls to customers to take insurance claim details, accurately interpret accident circumstances and sell associated insurance products.
3. Use telephone scripts and be FSA compliant
4. Liaise regularly with customers, suppliers and partners regarding the progress of claims and to convert calls into sales opportunities.
5. Input and process information accurately on a computerised system.
6. Operate in accordance with company procedures and standards.
7. Liaise with business partners and hire company to required service levels.
8. Achieve individual and contribute to team sales performance and maximise all potential sales.
9. Be highly productive achieving call targets and contribute to team targets
10. Contribute to the development of existing services.
