Our client, a nationally based finance company is currently recruiting for Premier Sales and Service Agents based at their offices in Doxford Park, Sunderland.

You will be required to provide a high level of customer support dealing with inbound enquiries from customers whilst maximizing sales and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  • To deal with inbound call from executive customer or general enquiries
  • To build rapport with customers by providing a high level of customer service
  • To maximise sales and new business opportunities by cross selling additional products
  • working to sales targets
  • To utilise skills of negotiation with customers to highlight features and benefits of additional products and services


    • It is essential that candidates possess customer service experience and experience working to sales targets by cross-selling new products and services. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and work to targets.

    Candidates should be highly customer service focused but also motivated by sales targets and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.

    Working hours are 35 hrs per week Monday to Sunday. The shifts are as follows: (Week1) 7am-3-pm, (Week 2) 3pm-11pm (Week3) 2 weeks of mids which is any hours between the above times.

    You will receive an attractive salary of £17,595 plus an uncapped bonus scheme. Additional benefits include 21 days holiday, free parking and gym membership, and more.
