Managing change in a dynamic environment, Portfolio management experience - especially re:prioritising and resource planning. Business Planning experience financial and operational. Team management and leadership skills - example of developing and growing teams. Governance and reporting framework development. Business care management - examples of benefits delivered. Operational strategic reviews. Stakeholder management. Examples of developing and applying best practice internal and external and benchmarking. Must have resource planning and operational experience.
Must have business consulting experience i.e IBM, Accenture, Cap, Gemini, etc. Worked for a smaller specialist consultancy , specialising in operational consulting,change management , programme management. Programme / Portfolio manager with experience of change programmes in an operational environment.
Must have driving licence as will be required to cover North East and Yorkshire.
