Job Description
A Solution Sales Executive is sought to join this Contact Centre Outsourcing Company, working with their Sunderland office in the North East of England (can also be home based if needed).
The Solution Sales Executive’s role is to identify client business problems that the organisation can solve, craft a suitable deal that has suitable economics for both parties, and drive the deal to a successful close.
LOCATION: North East England (can be home based)
SALARY: £65-75K, OTE £100-120K

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SOLUTION SALES EXECUTIVE:
€¢ Proactive identification of new business prospects, generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities, securing the resultant business
€¢ Responsible for achieving new sales targets
€¢ Planning and prioritising personal sales activities to achieve sufficient quality and quantity of prospect contact to deliver sales targets
€¢ Developing and maintaining market and competitor knowledge, identifying opportunities for new and existing clients
€¢ Writing effective proposals and quotations
€¢ Negotiating to conclusion deals with Clients
€¢ Contribute to management team responsibilities
PERSON SPECIFICATION FOR THE SOLUTION SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
€¢ Proven track-record of sales success and target achievement, as a Business Development Manager, New Business Development Executive or similar title
€¢ To have established relationships with C-level, or VP personnel within well known companies
€¢ Ability to understand a prospect’s objectives and needs and deliver solutions to achieve agreed goals
€¢ Self motivated with a creative approach to generating new business
€¢ Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills at a senior/decision maker level
€¢ IT literate, preferably in Microsoft packages in addition to experience of sales databases
€¢ Knows and understands the Contact Centre industry well, possessing long term success within this or a similar market
€¢ Consultative, solution-selling skills
€¢ Preferably understands fulfilment industry/proposition, either as a standalone solution, or as part of an integrated sales pitch
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THE SOLUTION SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
€¢ Drive and personality to meet challenging targets
€¢ Completely comfortable in a solution sales roll
€¢ A subject matter expert in a key business sector (preferably Financial Services)
€¢ Must be well known and have a credibility within the industry
€¢ Have a network with C level and VP status personnel within Financial Services – or other key sectors
