What you'll do
You'll meet - and beat - highly attainable targets, calling existing Barclays customers from our lively call centre, offering them the superior products and benefits that our customers have come to expect. All with that special personal touch. You'll build rapport over the phone, and then boost your income by spotting opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, making referrals to product specialists wherever appropriate.

You'll be working at our call centre in Sunderland's Doxford Park. As well as a welcoming team atmosphere, you can expect some great facilities - like a brand new restaurant, a coffee shop and an on-site subsidised gym.

Who you'll be
You'll be a skilled sales person with a confident, assured telephone manner. A knack for building relationships quickly and identifying needs will mean that your sales figures will soar, while our customers get a fantastic service.

This is a full time position. The shift patterns are:
Week 1: Mon - Thurs 12:00-20:00, Fri 11:00-19:00,
Week 2: Mon - Thurs 12:00-20:00, Sat 09:00-15.30

We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
