Job Description
Salary Up to: £36k per annum plus car allowance
Status: Permanent
Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, flexible Monday through to Sunday.
Role:
Managing the Hire/Repair Department which has 80 staff, made up of 8 Teams.
This Department is the kingpin between the sales department and the collections department.
The Department picks up the customers who need a hire vehicle/ repair to their vehicle – it arranges for hire vehicles to be provided through our fleet operation.
The hire is provided within a regulatory framework. The department also arranges the repairs to customer vehicles, using our national network of approved repairers. It’s a complex role, managing both customer service, regulatory compliance issues and business service levels, impacting on the profitability of our business.
