They have a strong reputation in the industry for delivering quality. Based in Peterlee. As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving personal targets. You will be working in the Internal Sales Department. Previous sales experience is desired but not essential, however even though you will mostly be taking inbound calls you will also be required to up sell and make out bound calls to existing customers on occasions.
