Team Managers - Sunderland

A superb opportunity has arisen for experienced call centre Team Leaders/Managers to join an established organisation during an exciting period of growth.

My client has experienced a hugely successful period and due to their continued success are now considerably expanding their current operations resulting in several management opportunities becoming available.

If you are passionate about developing people and experienced in delivering outstanding customer service through your team – then we want to here from you!

You must be able to show a proven track record in coaching and developing teams of circa 13-15FTE, meeting and exceeding quality and sales targets in an inbound or outbound call centre environment and show a genuine passion for people development.

In return for your skills and commitment, successful candidates will receive a competitive annual salary of between £17,000 and £20,000 basic with quarterly bonus opportunities and a £2,000 annual shift allowance for those working a flexible shift pattern. Not to mention a highly competitive benefits package!
