CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR
up to 15,000 pa depending on experience
+ Contributory Pension, Sharesaver Scheme, Childcare Vouchers, Holiday Allowance and Free Parking

This company is a leading provider in tailored claims management solutions and provides a range of motoring assistance services to its 3 million policyholders. They have a strong reputation in the industry for delivering quality. Based in the Peterlee area but shortly moving to Seaham.
As a Claims Negotiator you will promote the settlement of claims and maximise recovery, whilst ensuring demanding service levels and targets are met and exceeded.
Previous claims/insurance or collections experience is desired but not essential. The ability to demonstrate previous customer service experience is essential, as is a competent level of IT knowledge.
