Full Description:
Major global FMCG Company currently seeking a Supply Planner to work in their Customer Services Department. The main purpose of the role is to manage the entire order process from initiation through to supply and delivery and provide excellent customer services throughout the process.

Duties will include managing the future ordering system, downloading orders into SAP, generating reports and using Excel spreadsheets to track orders. You will be overseeing the organisation of deliveries and shipping and liaising with relevant departments, dealing with any customer queries, maintaining regular contact and keeping customers updated and regularly liaising with the sales team and other internal departments (including sites oversees).

Applicants should demonstrate an excellent customer service approach and possess superb communication skills together with the ability to form sound relationships with both external and internal contacts. A solution orientation mindset and positive approach to a varied workload is also essential.

Excellent organisational and planning skills are required, as the role requires multi-tasking and the ability to work with flexibility within a team-based environment.

Experience in Business to business relationships and previous knowledge of working with a supply chain is preferred and excellent reporting skills are essential. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent benefits package including a starting salary of up to 17000.
