| My client a successful customer focused centre is looking to appoint candidates with excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, identifying issues and detailling confidential information. As part of a growing team you will be responsibe for taking ownership of your workload and have full responsibility for ensuring the customer leaves satisfied and any products of which may benefit have been sold in addition to their requirements.
