Full Description:
My client one of Sunderlands key employers is seeking an experienced team manager to join this forward thinking organisation.

You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing a team of outbound advisors. You will monitor sickness and absence whilst maintaing motivation to reduce attrition rates. You will coach yr performers to ensure consistent performance levels and both induvidual and team targets are achieved and where possible exceeded.

You will have a minimum of 1 years experience at supervisor / manager level and have experience from within an outbound contact centre based role.

You will be outgoing and approachable with the ability to lead by examples in all area's of best practice.
