Full Description:
We are currently recruiting for Retentions Advisors for our client in Sunderland.
The role will involve taking calls from existing customers who wish to terminate their current contracts. Your role would be to retain these customers by offering incentives. The hours of work are between 9am to 9pm and the wage is £6.20ph.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Product / Service knowledge must be computer literate with excellent oral communication and customer service skills.
• Must also have experience working in a team and pay great attention to detail.
