Your role as Team Manager will be to motivate, lead and develop a team of sales executives so that they each achieve their targets.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have proven outbound contact centre experience with team leader experience. As a Team Manager you will be proactive, committed with strong motivation and leadership skills. You will need to have excellent communication skills with added flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations. To take on this role you will have to be mature and confident coupled with excellent organisation skills.

The role is based in a plush contact centre working 5 days out of 7 within the hours of 9am – 9pm.
The salary is £17000 P/A plus bonus.

Positions are Permanent with an immediate start.
