A fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Services Advisor for a well-respected Company based in Peterlee.
Reporting to the team leader, you will be required to achieve personal targets, delivering excellent customer service and advice in relation to the products and services purchased by the Company's customers.
Responsibilities:
Achieve personal targets.
Contribute to the achievement of team targets and service levels.
Adhere to company procedures and ensure minimal processing errors.
Contribute to and help maintain an excellent working environment by adopting a positive attitude in your dealings with customers, colleagues and management.
Keys Skills, knowledge and experience:
Previous sales experience is desired but not essential.
Ability to identify customer needs.
Previous experience of working to targets.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
