Full Description:
Working within the commercial recruitment market, the role will focus on recruiting permanent staff for a single client. The clients requirements can differ widely from week to week and require the successful candidate to be extremely flexible in his/her approach. Your duties will involve:-

• ensure all client's requirements fulfilled
• rapport building with client
• recruiting all required permanent positions
• Knowing all clients requirements at all times
• Advertising for staff
• booking up interviews
• Interview staff
• ensure all staff match clients requirements
• keep detailed records and invoice for staff
• Meet staff on site
• Ensure you have enough work to hit targets (ie generate new business when quiet)
£13-16,000.00 pa plus generous bonus scheme based on staff placed.
