Luxury 4 star property requires a chef de partie.

Must be able to supervise others whilst producing great local ingredients to the highest standard.

The role of Chef de Partie involves reporting to the Sous and Head chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Working with a wealth of local seasonal produce and local specialties, to create a variety of gastronomic delights.

You will actively be involved in cooking, training and assisting in the development of the brigade of chefs and KPs, maintaining the high standards already in place.
