    This is an exciting oppertunity to join one of the UKs best known credit management companies.

    We are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Manager to oversee the running of our existing collections department. The role will entail managing and developing our existing team of 10 debt recovery agents, although due to company growth this is likely to grow to a team of 20.

    This is an ideal position for a candidate with a background in debt recovery and good management skills who would be looking to build upon existing skills and grow with the company.

    You will be responsible for recruting and training new staff as well as providing support and motivation to our existing team. You will monitor team targets and ensure debts are collected efficiently and to deadline.

    Experience in a debt recovery role is essential as is the experience of managing a busy team. You must be self-motivated, target driven and posses excellent sales skills.

    Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

    Salary per annum is 20,000
    with potential on target earning around 26,000+
