| We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join the busy Customer Service and Inbound Sales team of our Sunderland based contact centre. You will be responsible for leading and developing an existing team of Sales and Service Advisors, including monitoring and reviewing individual performance, to ensure the successful delivery of compnay standards and project targets. You will act as a role model and advisor to the team to ensure their continuing development. As a member of the management team you will actively contribute to the solving of problems and issues affecting all teams, ensuring best practice is followed throughout the community. Call Centre Team Leader experience is essential in either a sales or customer service environment. You must be decisive, confident and commercially aware, using a range of problem solving techniques to ensure day to day issues are resolved in a professional and consistent manner. Salary - 18,738 + based on experience with an incentive scheme to be confirmed. Hours of work are 35 per week over 5 days between 7am and 11pm.
