We are currently recruiting for experienced Sales Advisors to join our vibrant Sunderland Call Centre.
As an advisor for the UKs leading home shopping provider, you will take inbound sales calls as well as making outbound calls to our existing customer base.
You will be working in our financial services department dealing in the sale of warranties, insurance and the renewal and retention of any expired/cancelled policies.
Due to the nature of this role you must be able to pass a credit and criminal backgound check.
This is an excellent oppertunity for self-motivated, target-driven advisors who thrive on a challenge and have excellent sales skills.
It is vital that applicants have a proven record of working in a direct sales environment to target. Good computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential.
Working hours are rotational between 7am and 11pm, working 5 days over 7.
The flat salary for this role is 12,428, with a 2,000 uplift due to the expected flexibility of the shifts.
Training will take place over a 3 week period which must be completed without absence.
