My client based in Chester-le-Street requires an experienced Architectural Technician to support them with their latest project, the build of a care home, experience of building control procedures is essential as is fluency with the relevant CAD package.

This position is guaranteed 12 months work and the hourly rate is between £10 - £20 per hour depending on experience
