Shift Production Manager required for Sunderland based company. A good knowledge of chilled food production, plus meat and poultry experience would be beneficial. The successful candidate must have excellent people and communication skills, a sound knowledge of low and high care controls and be driven and motivated by getting results. An advance food and hygiene certificates or equivalent preferred, although training will be given.
