| We are currently looking to recruit a Production Team Leader for our Washington site. This is a hands on role in a busy manufacturing environment. Reporting into the Production Supervisor applicants will have first class organisational and communication skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy. You will need to be a team player but also capable of working on your own initiative, together with a high degree of self motivation and flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Previous production supervisory/team leader experience in a manufacturing environment is essential as very quickly we will need you to: •Be accountable for the effective management of all available resources •Take responsibility for delivering set KPI’s •Maintain, support and further develop our move towards a ‘lean’ facility Full details relating to working hours and rates of pay will be discussed at interview stage.
