The role requires an Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate with both Internal and External clients both by written and verbal means. Candidates will be required to utilise negotiation skills to close cases and provide input into team meetings.Problem solving skills, Time Management and Organisional skills are required. Previous Collections or Credit Control experience in any industry is essential. Ability to demonstrate a Competent level of IT knowledge essential.Candidates deemed suitable will be outgoing, personable and portray excellent customer service and communication skills. You will have the ability to adapt to situations and deal with customers at all levels. You will be self motivated and have a desire for success.
Hours: You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Call Centre experience is essential
