| The UK's leading provider of home shopping services are currently seeking to significantly expand their sales sector by recruiting a new team of experienced part-time advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing home shopping brand in the country. All employees will benefit from our renowned training package and will receive ongoing training and support, as we firmly believe in developing all advisors to achieve their full potential. The salary for this role is 12,428.87 pro-rata, which is complimented by a competitive and achievable bonus package. Our contact centre is easily accessible by public transport routes from the City Centre and we offer free parking facilities. Key responsibilities of the role are: Maximising sales potential on inbound and outbound calls Sales of Financial products and services ensuring compliancy to FSA regulations Ensuring customers have a full understanding of the products on offer, advising on specifications, service delivery etc Working to individual and team targets with drive and enthusiasm The essentials: Applicants must have a steady background in telesales with experience of working to and exceeding sales targets. You must be self-motivated, resilient and have good negotiating skills. The ability to work under pressure and communicate professionally and effectively is essential. The shifts available are part-time twilight hours, either 3pm and 7pm or 7pm and 11pm. This will include working one day over the weekend, working 4 days out of 7. Shifts are 15 - 19 hours per week. |
