We have a vacancy for a credit controller to join a successful claims negotiation team. In this varied role you will be responsible for:
Submitting claims to third party insurers and negotiate to successfully recover full settlement of client's claim. You will be involved in recovery of hire charges, cost of repairs, engineers fees, pre-accident vehicle value and any other uninsured losses as quickly as possible. You will need to keep all relevant parties informed of the current claim status at all times. You will need to negotiate on claims where liability for the accident is disputed. You will be responsible for providing advice and support advice to other
departments on the viability of accidents.
You will be responsible for keeping accurate and up to date records as well as dealing with an exciting variety of daily enquiries from clients, insurers and external suppliers alike.
