Working for a none profit organisation who provides a service to their members (Guidance, Health & Safety issues, and support).
Working in an office, sometimes with the project manager but mainly alone.
Contacting members to inform them of information and also fact find. Must be pc literate especially with MS Office:- Mail Merges, Mailing lists, creating data bases and spreadsheets on Excel. Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls. Diary management and organising events.
Using a standard PC with Windows Vista and Microsoft packages.
The hours of work:
9.30am to 4.30pm
Monday to Friday
13 weeks temporary to permanent
Person Spec:
Must be PC Literate
Excellent knowledge in Word, Excel, Access
Confident
Competent in Administration duties.
Due to location a driving licence/own transport would be advised.
