We are looking for confident individuals to lead, motivate and develop a contact centre team to provide a professional, friendly and high quality standard of service. Candidates must be able to ensure that the advisors achieve all targets for retention, sales, service and productivity.
The salary will be £18,000 basic plus bonus
Key Skills and Experience Required:
• 1 year team leader experience
• 2 years experience in a contact centre environment
• Developing and motivating others
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Flexibility in working hours
