An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary/PA to work within an international company in the Durham area.
The ideal applicant will have secretarial experience gained within a manufacturing company.
* Providing secretarial support for the Directors and the site
* Managing busy switchboard
* Diary management/Travel arrangements
* Typing of reports, pricing tenders, minute taking, preparation of presentations
* Preparation of monthly reports and annual budgets
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00
Previous experience within a similar role is essential as is the ability to be professional, well organised and an excellent communicator.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to 18500 pa (dependant upon experience) plus additional benefits including healthcare and contributory pension.
